Fall/Winter 2010-11 Learn to Skate Registration Form  
Registration form for 2010-11 Kidskate, Canskate, Canskate EXCEL and YouthSkate programs. 
 
PLEASE NOTE that registration for the PreSchool, Children's Learn To Skate, PowerSkate and AdultSkate programs must be done through the Town of Newmarket Parks, Recreation and Culture department.
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fill out the form making sure you fill out all information.
2. Tick the box(es) for the session(s) you want.  You may register for once or twice a week for both the KIDSKATE and CANSKATE programs.
3. To submit the application click on "Continue >>" once the form is completely filled in.  Please press the "Continue >>" button only once.
4. You will receive an invoice within 48 hours of this form being submitted. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided below. 
5. You will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail after submitting your form, providing you have entered a valid email address.
